And if you notice the left side of Aidan's face, it's roadrashed because he faceplanted on the driveway when his little lawn chair tipped over sideways. He was bleeding from his nose and mouth for quite a while. Whoopsie. And Avery is wearing his favorite outfit---NOTHING. I'm just lucky he kept his diaper on.

Laura this pic and admission of Avery's favorite outfit reminds me about your previous posts about taking them off. The first thing Brent said when I told him about the problem is "Does he wear pants, because it seems like he is always in his diaper only and that makes it all too easy to throw off" I am sure you thought of this but just in case. Try keeping clothes on him and the diaper might stay on longer. Maybe a Belt? My first grader still can't undo her belt.
the diaper taking off comes in spurts. he hasn't taken it off since the major poop/carpet incident. this was right after the bath--otherwise he'd have clothes on. I'm too nervous about the diaper removal to let him go without any. If he starts again I'm going to use electrical tape on the tabs I think.
Plus, you underestimate their abilities to hide and strip off any item of clothing in under 3 minutes. I could have them in 5 layers involving suspenders, belts, and knots and they'd figure it out.
